Orders and Shipping
Orders with customizations ship 2 to 3 days after the design is approved. Pre-built designs ship within 2 to 3 days after the order is placed. Shipment duration will depend on your location, but typically arrives after 2 to 5 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track the package.
You can create an account by going to the “My Account” link. An account can also be created when you place your first purchase.

You can track your order on our shipping and tracking page. All you need is your order ID and email address.
We do not store your credit card information on the website. But you do have the option to save your card information through our merchant account. We do not have direct access to this information.
Yes, we charge sales tax to order shipping within California.
We ship to a few countries outside the US. Leave us a message at info@customizedpetprints.com if you’d like to request shipping to your country.
It depends on the products you order. But you’ll get your orders in a timely manner. We’ll let you know if there are any delays.
